What we'll be doing
|
Providing communication support to the event organizers.
We patrol the route and look for participants that need help or assistance.

Equipment Needed
|
Mobile rigs are a must because of the distance we're
covering. (also APRS if you have it, but not a requirement) We also need at
least one bicycle mobile with APRS. I will provide maps. If you want a APRS
map contact me.

Length of Time
|
Setup is Saturday at 6:30. Final sweep of route is 2:00

Special Considerations
|
This is event goes rain or shine. It can get hot. Dress
accordingly. Food will be provided. For the most part you should be in your
vehicle the entire day.

Frequency
|
We will be using the 146.82 repeater, with the 146.255
as a backup.
